A clock made from a wooden snare drum - a shallow, high-pitched drum which most of us associate with calls of "drumroll please!". The shiny outer wrap is removed from the drum and the wooden body is hand painted in your choice of colour.
When you place your order, you can request any 'standard' colour from the menu. Alternatively, we can match colours from any major paint supplier - simply tell us the manufacturer and colour way. This service is available at no extra cost.
The clock face will be a used drum skin, selected from a range in our workshop. It will bear marks and dents from drum sticks. We love this look, but can use a new, unmarked skin if you prefer - please contact us at time of ordering to arrange this.*
Our snare clocks are approximately 36cm x 16cm, but this can vary from clock to clock. If you would like more precise measurements, please send us a message using the form on the 'Contact' page. This clock takes one AA battery.

These clocks are made to order and the lead time is approximately two weeks. Mechanism style may differ slightly from those shown. We can provide photos before shipping if necessary.

Every seat, clock, light, wine rack and table at Rock Terrace is a one-off. Each item is made by hand from an old, used drum or cymbal and bears marks and wear to prove it. We love this about our furniture and think it adds to the charm and individuality of each piece.
